An international jury of experts have awarded the DETAIL Prize 2020 to a total of three winners, each of which will be presented in the issue 1+2/2021 of DETAIL. This year, two first prizes of equal rank were awarded to two projects.
A first prize was awarded to ALA Architects for its Helsinki Central Library Oodi, and to bureau SLA & Overtreders W for People’s Pavilion in Eindhoven.
ICD/ITKE University Stuttgart are the winners of the DETAIL Prize for Students and Schools of Architecture for BUGA Fibre Pavilion 2019 in Heilbronn.
The DETAIL Readers’ Prize went to McCullough Mulvin Architects for their project Thapar University Learning Laboratory in Patiala (India).
The DETAIL Prize 2020 is being held with the premium sponsor SCHÜCO. Public partners are: the Bavarian Chamber of Architects, the City of Munich's Team of Experts for the Cultural and Creative Industries and the Network for Architecture Exchange NAX.
