Under One Roof: Apartment House in Barcelona by Lussi + Partner

Within the grid pattern designed by the urban planner Ildefons Cedrà, a gap measuring 6 x 30 m had opened up between a firewall and a passageway. There was just enough space to accommodate five apartments and an office. The entire storage space in these apartments is located along a corridor on the firewall side of the building. This axis allows the spaces to be cross-ventilated from the inner courtyard to the street.
