New Wallpaper Collection by WallPepper

The wallpaper collection Capsules by Italian manufacturer WallPepper is now available in a limited edition. The 90 new motifs were created in collaboration with graphic designer Guido Crepax, architect and photographer Piero Gemelli, photographer Maurizio Galimberti and fashion label Opaline.

Piero Gemelli moved from Rome to Milan in 1983. He worked for fashion magazines, including Vogue Italia. In 1987 he opened his own creative office, which he still runs today. Guido Crepax, who died in 2003, was born in Milan in 1933. He also studied architecture, but then switched to advertising graphics. In 1965 he began his successful career as a cartoonist. Maurizio Galimberti, born in 1956, studied surveying, but discovered his passion for photography at an early age, in particular with the Polaroid camera. In 2003 one of Galimberti’s photos appeared on the cover of The Sunday Times Magazine – a portrait of Johnny Depp.
