Daylight and Ventilation with Velux

LeCorbusier regarded light as the foundation of architecture, meaning, of course, daylight – as numerous architectural works designed by him prove. Nowadays there are a multitude off actors that make a building healthy to live in, including natural lighting, optimal ventilation and – in line with the newly acquired awareness – low energy consumption. In order to encourage architects and planners to focus on lighting and ventilation in the modernisation and design of buildings and in urban planning, Velux together with Detailis holding the architectural competition “Licht.Raum.Mensch.” From 14 January to 31 March 2019, architects and interior designers can submit projects from Germany that were completed between 1 October 2014 and 14 January 2019, and in which Velux products were used.
