ECOWEEK Rome 2012

Following the successful events in the Middle East (Israel/West Bank), Thessaloniki (Greece) and Krakow (Poland), ECOWEEK is getting ready for its next event of 'green' design and ecological architecture in Rome (Italy). With the cooperation of local and international partners, architects, designers and landscape architects from Italy, USA, Germany, Greece and Israel.

The ECOWEEK Workshop proposals will focus on real sites within Rome and will propose new buildings, ecological renovation of existing buildings, ecological interventions in opens spaces of the city, and small scale hands-on construction in Rome. Keynote Speaker the award-winning Japanese architect Kengo Kuma.
